It was way back in 1987 when, sitting in the bistro halfway between Switzerland and Italy, Mario Boiocchi (founder, president and general manager of Paul Picot) – and Hugo Berger (always his creative arm) began to trace the first lines of an innovative Sub-Professional who would soon be cited by the most authoritative press in the sector as “the other diver”.
